Rent the Historic Williamson County Courthouse for Your Event

The Williamson County Courthouse has rooms and spaces available for rentals: the Commissioners' Courtroom, the District Courtroom, a Conference Room and Rotundas on three floors. These areas are available for special events and meetings Wednesday through Saturday.

The Conference Room has a maximum capacity of 25 people. A deposit of $100 secures the rental date, and a rental fee of $25/hour is charged for room usage (two hour minimum, 4 hour maximum).

The District Courtroom has a maximum capacity of 200 people. A deposit of $300 secures the rental date, and a rental fee of $150/hour is charged for room usage.

The Commissioners' Courtroom has a maximum capacity of 100 people. A deposit of $300 secures the rental date, and a rental fee of $100/hour is charged for room usage.

Each Rotunda has a maximum capacity of 50 people. A deposit of $100 secures the rental date, and a rental fee of $75/hour is charged for usage. Use of two or more floors will be discounted.

The entire Williamson County Courthouse has a capacity of 475 people. A deposit of $400 secures the rental date, and a rental fee of $400/hour is charged for usage.
