The Williamson County Courthouse has three rooms
available for rentals: the Commissioners
Courtroom, the District Courtroom, and a Conference
Room. These rooms are available for special
events and meetings Wednesday through Saturday from
9:00 am to 10:00 pm.

The
Conference Room has a maximum capacity of 25 people.
A deposit of $100 secures the rental date, and a
rental fee of $25/hour is charged for room usage
(two hour minimum, 4 hour maximum).
The
District Courtroom has a maximum capacity of 200
people. A deposit of $300 secures the rental date,
and a rental fee of $150/hour is charged for room
usage.
The
Commissioners Courtroom
has a maximum capacity of 100 people. A deposit of
$300 secures the rental date, and a rental fee of
$100/hour is charged for room usage.
The Williamson County Courthouse, which
includes use of the Conference Room, District
Courtroom, Commissioners Courtroom, and the
Rotundas, is also available for rental. A deposit of
$400 secures the rental dates, and a rental fee of
$400/hour is charged for usage.
